Housing with Panola College
Dates you need to know:
Students/family members are required to wear personal protective gear (face coverings) and hand sanitizer will be offered at each entrance. Students are encouraged to limit the number of family members who accompany them to move in.
Due to Covid- 19, our regularly scheduled Move-In Day event has changed. Check-in has been assigned according to building. You must wear a mask when in all buildings and practice a social distance of 6ft or more while waiting. We will be adhering to current state regulations. Students will begin their check in process at the Charles C. Matthews Student Center. Please contact RLC Katy Chance for a check-in time slot between the times given to your building. Slots are 15 minutes apart and we will only be accepting 5 students per time slot.

Apartment Hughes- Saturday, Aug. 15 12pm-2pm
Apartment Phillips - Monday, Aug. 17 10am-12pm

Please be sure to download our Remind app, fill out our Covid-19 Residence Hall Contract and our RH Rental Contract. You can submit them by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or bring them on your assigned Move- In date. These forms can be found in the column to the right.
There will be an online orientation release on the Remind app in August.

Panola College offers a complete residence life program on our main campus in Carthage. This program gives each student an opportunity to be more engaged in the learning process and have a sense of community. Studies have shown that students who live on campus tend to have higher graduation rates, achieve greater academic success, are more involved in campus life, and tend to use campus resources more frequently than those not living on campus. Our Residence Life program not only offers two different styles of housing but also offers a fitness center, student center, sand volleyball court, campus dining, and many educational opportunities. Our program enables student growth both academically and socially. We currently house 249 residents.

Maintenance Request - Is something in your room not working right? Submit a maintenance request to Residence Life Staff to have the problem corrected.
Deposit Refund Request - I'm not coming back; please return my deposit.
