The Oleta and Pat Morgan Memorial Scholarship was established in 1999 by the Oleta and Pat Morgan Estate in memory of Oleta and Pat Morgan. This scholarship is awarded annually to a student pursuing a degree in one of the fine arts at Panola College. Preference will be given to a piano or voice major.
