The Max H. Jacobs Technology Scholarship was established in 1991 by Max and Glenda Jacobs. The scholarship was established by the Jacobs with the assistance of the Matching Grants Program of IBM Corporation. Mr. Jacobs attended Panola College in 1953. The scholarship is awarded annually to a deserving sophomore student at Panola College who intends to pursue a career in computer information systems.
