The Martha A. Miller Scholarship was established in 1988 to honor Martha Miller, teacher and administrator at Panola College from 1950 until her retirement in 1988. The scholarship is awarded annually to a deserving returning Panola College student who has exhibited attributes of good character and scholarly achievement during their freshman year.
