The Jim Payne Baseball Scholarship was established in 2010 by Jim and Sandra Payne. Mr. Payne attended Panola College from 1962 to 1964 and was a member of the baseball team. The scholarship will be awarded annually to a Panola County high school graduate who has been recruited to play baseball for Panola College.
