The Irby Williams Memorial Scholarship was established by the Williams family in 1998 in memory of Irby Williams. Mr. Williams served on the Board of Trustees of the Beckville I.S.D. from 1968 to 1972. Mr. Williams’ family includes his wife Arzell, son Larry, and grandson Justin, all of Beckville. The scholarship is awarded to a deserving student to attend Panola College.
