The Hermon Reed Family Precinct 3 Scholarship was established in 2000 by Hermon Reed and his family in appreciation of the Panola County people who elected him as County Commissioner of Precinct 3. Mr. Reed also served on the Panola College Board of Trustees for 14 years.
