The E.B. and Orita Morrison Educational Scholarship was established in 1995 by E.B. and Orita Morrison. Mrs. Morrison taught speech and drama at Carthage High School and at Panola College. Mr. Morrison, an Air Force Captain during World War II, taught Spanish and coached football and baseball at Carthage High School. This scholarship is awarded annually to a deserving sophomore student pursuing a degree in educational theatre, speech, or English.
