The Clint and Clay Donnan Memorial Scholarship was established in memory of Clint and Clay Donnan by family and friends. Clint was an 18-year-old Panola College student who was killed in a car accident on October 30, 1996. His brother, Clay, died July 17, 1999. The scholarship is awarded each spring to a Shelby County student who attends Panola College.
