The Blair/Brumley Fine Arts Scholarship was established in 1997 by Mr. and Mrs. Lang Scott and daughter Hillary. The scholarship honors the late Mrs. Berneice Blair and Mr. Larry Brumley for their contributions to the fine arts of Panola County. The endowment provides an annual scholarship to a student majoring in one of the fine arts.
