The Berna Reeves Scholarship was established in 1988 in honor of Berna Reeves, a long-time resident of Carthage and Panola County. The scholarship was endowed by Mrs. Reeves through her estate after her death. The scholarship, which may assist any student, is primarily for performing music students.
