Meet our Staff
Residence Life Coordinator- Krystn Davis
The Residence Life Coordinator, Krystn Davis, is ultimately responsible for all aspects of student housing. She first came to Panola College as Krystn Rucinski, a student athlete in 1996. After receiving her Associate Degree she returned home to the Houston area. There she continued her education in interior design while coaching middle school and club volleyball. She would later marry Richard Davis, her Panola sweetheart. In 2008 she returned to Panola College with her family to take on the responsibility of student housing. Her dedication to providing comfortable and safe housing for our students has made our dorms what they are today.
Residence Hall Supervisors- Guy Beach, Amber McCray, Kayla Weaver
These three wear many hats at Panola College. Beach (men's basketball), McCray (volleyball), and Weaver (women's basketball) are assistant coaches, instructors, and housing supervisors. They are responsible for splitting up on-call time on the weekend. Though they do not handle the everyday tasks of the Residence Life Program, they are an integral part of our staff.

Resident Advisers (RAs)
RA's are student workers assigned to a specific set of students. They are responsible for supervising and assisting residents at all times, as well as dividing up on-call time. They provide students with a peer confidant that can give them guidance in a time of need from something as simple as a lock out to needing a shoulder to cry on. RAs are a residents first contact, if they can't solve the problem themselves, they can lead a student in the right direction.
