Director Linda Vickery teaches the Operator and Student Instructor courses at our
Center program. She has an A.S. from Panola College, attended Colonial Beauty College
in Nacogdoches, Texas, and is certified by the Texas Education Agency. Licensed by
the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations, Linda has additional studies through
the University of Texas at Tyler. Cosmetology
The Panola College Cosmetology Program provides instruction designed to prepare a student for employment as a licensed cosmetologist. After passing the state examination administered by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations in Austin, Texas, a student is licensed to work in the beauty care industry providing a wide range of services. Cosmetology programs are offered in both Center and Carthage.
