Emergency Alerts


Panola College is committed to safety. Panola College has a 24-hour police force that serves the campus by helping to maintain the safety and security of each person and his/her possessions while on campus.
Pony Alert is a campus alert system used to notify students and employees of situations on, or near, campus that they should be aware of, such as severe weather, crime alerts, or active emergency situations. Employees are automatically signed up for this service and students may sign up by following the steps listed below:
  1. Log into Campus Connect
  2. Under the "Student Information" tab, select "AdmitStatus/Demographic."
  3. If your cell number is not listed, click "Update Information" and enter your cell phone number.
  4. Select "Make Changes" at the bottom of the page to save changes to your information.
  5. This is a free service of Panola College. Your regular provider rates apply.
