    Student photography, art on displayStudent artwork and photographs are on exhibit in the Allison Gallery of the M.P. Baker Library through the end of the semester. Artwork includes drawings, paintings in acrylics and oils, as well as ceramic works. Photographs from both first and second year students are on display, and photo essays, created by second year students are displayed in multi-media form on a laptop.

    Ponies defeat AngelinaPanola College squared off with Angelina College on Thursday, April 14 and Saturday, April 16 for a three game series. Angelina won game one in Lufkin 7-3. Panola responded by winning game two 9-8, and game three 9-6 at home in Carthage. With the wins Panola extends its regular season record to 32-12 and 12-9 in Region-14 East zone conference play.
